A NEW patient portal, powered by InteliChart, is COMING SOON to Person Memorial Hospital, making it easier to securely access your medical records, but there are a few important steps to take before the transition. Our current patient portal (Syntellis) will be discontinued on April 30, 2026. Patients who wish to retain a copy of their medical records are encouraged to log in and download their health information prior to the April 30 deadline.
