Your Gift Will Help Build Our Hospital
Person Memorial Hospital is a non-profit healthcare facility serving Person and the surrounding counties. The Person Memorial Hospital Foundation is a community-based organization created to accept donations. Contributions will be used to purchase new technology, facilities and services at the hospital. Donations are tax deductible. Every gift is appreciated and recognized in the next issue of the Foundation Newsletter, Person By Person. Lasting friendship is deeply valued by our hospital so all contributions are cumulative. When your total contributions reach $1,000 your name will be added to the Foundation's Wall of Honor.
Cornerstone Society
Annual Giving Program
In the spirit of building the Foundation, donors give an annual contribution at a selected membership level. Members of the Cornerstone Society are recognized on the Wall of Honor at Person Memorial Hospital.
Levels of Membership include: Gold ($500+), Silver ($250-$499), and Bronze ($100-$249)
Keystone Society
Keystone Society donors are building the hospital's future by including the Foundation in their will, life insurance, annuity, trust, securities, or real estate planning. A planned gift may benefit you and your family by providing: Tax Savings, Retirement Planning, an estate for your heirs, and a generous legacy to the health of future generations.
As a donor of a planned gift commitment of $1,000 or more, your name will be added to the Wall of Honor at Person Memorial Hospital.
Tribute Gifts
Memorials and Honorariums
Your contribution in memory of a deceased loved one or in honor of a special person is an especially meaningful tribute. The honored or memorialized person's name will be added to the Book of Tribute at the hospital. Notification of your gift will be sent to the person you designate.
