As a donor of a planned gift commitment of $1,000 or more
your name will be added to the Wall of Honor at Person Memorial
Hospital.

and Honorariums
Your contribution in memory
of a deceased loved one or in honor of a special person is
an especially meaningful tribute. The honored or memorialized
person's name will be added to the Book of Tribute at
the hospital. Notification of your gift will be sent
to the person you designate.
