POSITION: PHARMACIST

JOB DUTIES: Provides professional pharmaceutical services in compounding and dispensing medications and other pharmaceutical supplies. Uses standard physical and chemical procedures in the filling of written prescriptions.

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for the planning, direction and daily operations of the Health Information Management Department including release of information, record completion, transcription, coding, filing, storage, retrieval and maintenance. The HIM Director works closely with the hospital’s medical staff and administration to ensure that patient records are maintained in compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agency standards. The incumbent is responsible to monitor the daily workflow within all coding processing areas to ensure that departmental goals are achieved and maintained.

JOB DUTIES: Analyzes and collects data from within the medical record and properly assigns codes. Coding of all types of outpatient records will be required.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or Associate’s degree in a related area. Have completed the medical assistant course and be certified. Must have experience with office duties such as using computer applications, coding, submitting insurance authorizations and verifications, and scheduling. BCLS required within 3 months of hire. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Prior employment in a health care practice preferred.
JOB DUTIES: Performs clerical and reception duties. Demonstrates strong computer proficiencies. Communicates effectively with health care providers and patients. Electronically submit billing claims. Electronically submit requests to insurance companies for authorizations. Use computer based application to schedule patients.

REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from accredited college or university with Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology, ASHA certification in speech pathology, NC Licensure. Specialized training and experience for Dysphagia diagnostics and management. , Minimal one year experience in acute care or rehab.
JOB DUTIES:Patient screening and identification of service needs, performs evaluation, identify appropriate goals and develop treatment program, follows treatment programs and reassess as appropriate for goal attainment effectively, communication with physician and team members on physical therapy progress, maintains all documentation required.
POSITION: Registered Polysomnographer
DEPARTMENT: Sleep Lab
SCHEDULE: Nights
STATUS: Flex
REQUIREMENTS: BLS required. ACLS preferred (required within first year of hire. 2 year degree preferred or equivalent experience. 1 year of clinical sleep, performing, and scoring experience preferred.
JOB DUTIES: Independently function and operate medical equipment to record sleep physiology studies according to PMH policy/procedure.
